i really liked the room and the beds were super comfy. the hot water in the bathroom was a major plus and the tub was great! plus, the room was clean and smelled fresh like it just got cleaned. i enjoyed my stay so much, wish i could've stayed longer.
the pool water was way too cold for me and the wifi was a bit slow. also, it was kinda hard to get to the front desk when there were a lot of people.

My thoughts, in two sentences
The staff made my stay enjoyable, especially with their delightful breakfast service. While the hospitality was commendable, certain aspects of maintenance seemed neglected, reminding me that even a warm welcome needs a solid foundation.

Had a great time with friends! We kicked back at Maclay Gardens State Park, and watched our favorite shows on the 32-inch flat-screen TV. The hotel had a superb breakfast and spacious rooms. Just a heads up, parking can get tight during busy times.
However, it took us three tries to get to our correct room, which was a bit frustrating. The front desk staff tried to help but it was still a hassle.

The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread, which was ample and well-maintained thanks to Natasha, who greeted us each morning with a warm smile.
Softer pillows would enhance the sleeping experience.

An excellent experience with a spacious and immaculate room that made for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious poached eggs and a variety of hot options. However, a loud couple next door disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere, and a prior issue with lack of cleanliness was concerning for some guests. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our visit.

Families will find comfort here
The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. specifically, the breakfast attendant went out of her way to ensure everything was well stocked and tidy, which made mornings so much smoother for us. Also, the room had a decent kitchenette area that allowed us to prepare some meals for the kids.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but with a suite for the family, I found it acceptable.

The room was really spacious, perfect for our family during our grandson's graduation weekend. The beds felt comfy and I appreciated having a fridge and microwave in our suite. Breakfast had a nice variety of options, well-maintained by the friendly staff. However, the pool was too cold to swim comfortably, and the wifi was a bit slow, which made staying connected a hassle. We also had a minor issue with the shower head not functioning properly. The hotel could benefit from some updates in common areas as they looked slightly run down. Overall, the positives made our stay enjoyable despite a few inconveniences.

The staff at check-in was really welcoming, and
the lobby had freshly baked cookies, which was a nice touch. However, the room was quite outdated, and we noticed some areas that needed maintenance, like the peeling paint and a minor leak under the sink.

Spacious rooms provided comfort during our stay.
The toilet in our first room didn't flush, leading to an inconvenient hassle. After being moved, the second room still had issues with the bathroom light and a malfunctioning A/C, making it uncomfortable. The loud noise from neighboring rooms disrupted our sleep, and the lack of proper response from the front desk added to our frustration.
